Building relationships online – A few lessons from the Obama campaign, and how to apply them to your organization
People expect to interact with organizations online very differently than they have in the past.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re a for-profit corporation, an NGO, a politician, or a political party, people are expecting a more personal, authentic interaction online.
In this presentation, Ben will use the Obama campaign as a case study to explain how that organization built an online relationship with 13 million people, and then used those 13 million people to win the election in 2008.
