Quality of video entries
Golden Drum technical instructions for submitting entries have been revised and changed. All specifications regarding entries submitted in the form of video data are upgraded to HD quality with aspect ratio of 16:9. If HD quality is not available for submitting, SD quality will be accepted. Bearing that in mind, the organiser does not accept any responsibility for poor quality of submitted materials or differences noted between HD and SD screenings.
Lenght of video entries
- All video entries must be NO MORE than 3 minutes long (NO MORE than 180 seconds).
- Video presentations for Groups C, G and H can be up to 1 minute ( 60 seconds) long.
- If VIDEO material is more than 1 minute long (60 seconds), you are also required to submit an up to 1 minute long video presentation of your entry which will be used for the awards ceremony, should your entry be awarded.
Language of entries
All video material has to be dubbed or subtitled in English. All other entries have to have translation included in the form of a text file .doc format, .rtf format or .txt format will be accepted. Please make sure to use Unicode script.
Entry submitting
Entries may be submitted via internet (ONLINE SUBMISSION) or via COURIER. Please read carefully and follow the instructions for each group separately. If Courier option is selected make sure that you include a copy of entry form. Please make sure that the entries are not branded with agency logotype.
- ONLINE SUBMISSION – follow the step by step instructions posted on the submission portal
- COURIER – DVD or CD recorded as data ( DO NOT USE DVD MOVIE, DO NOT USE AUDIO CD). Each entry has to be recorded as a separate file and placed in the corresponding folder. List of entries with stated file names is mandatory. Include a copy of entry form.
