A Literature and Film graduate, Lucian is one of the Romanian top advertising creative veterans (since 1992), a founding member of the Romanian communication industry, the first local creative to be appointed as the MD of an advertising multinational (President of Graffiti BBDO between 1999-2003), the first Romanian international awards juror (Portoroz and New York), a creative milestone of the below-the-line local industry (author, together with Emir Kusturica, of 2001 - A Peace Odyssey, the legendary multimedia event), the pioneer of the Romanian cultural communications (balkanski, the cultural marketing workshop, since 2004) and the Romanian ambassador of the Golden Drum Advertising Festival of New Europe.

Currently he runs GAV, both, an independent creative hot shop, member of Interpartners Independent Group of Companies and a film production company.

Successful also as a screenwriter (Mimi, Keep an eye on happiness, Night within a day, The Phantom Father), Lucian holds a PhD in film at the University of Theatre and Cinema in Bucharest and is a Screenwriting & Media Senior Lecturer at the internationally respected Romanian Film School. The Phantom Father, his feature film debut as producer and director, is scheduled for release in spring 2010.
