Adrian studied Architecture & Design in Bucharest in the early 90’s and then tried to find a job that were artistic, but also had a rational side to it. He discovered that advertising provided a perfect match and something more: a lot of fun. So it happened that he started his career in 1995 as a designer at a small Romanian design shop. In 1997 he was working for DMB&B as an art-director, and was a half of the team that has won the first ever international Gold and Silver awards for Romania at the Golden Drum.
In 1998 Adrian joined McCann Erickson and never left. In his eight years as creative director, his team won over 150 awards for creativity and effectiveness, and McCann was six times the Agency of the Year in three national and regional competitions including the Golden Drum. In 2007 McCann Romania was among the Gunn Report’s Top 50 creative agencies in the world.

is a founding member and Vice-president of Romanian Art Directors Club and Vice-president of Romanian Advertising Agencies Association.
