Elena Grinta has over 15 years experience working in marketing communications, achieving and consolidating her experience in the media industry.
She is founder and General Manager at the Branded Entertainment Observatory (OBE) in Italy, an industry body that brings together the most important companies that invest, produce, distribute, create branded entertainment in Italy. Born in October 2013 with the purpose to study, disseminate, promote and expand the use of branded entertainment, OBE has become a reference point for all Italian stakeholders interested in using and developing this marketing tool.
Formerly Elena worked assuming Marketing Roles for Viacom Pubblicità, MTV, Telecom Italia, LA7 (Italian independent broadcaster), France Télévisions and Institut National de l’Audiovisuel (INA).
She is author of many publications and also a contributing writer for Strategies, ADV Express, MediaKey, BOBCM, among atohers. Elena lectures in Branded Entertainment at University (LUISS Rome, IULM and Unicatt Milan, Alma Mater Bologna) and speaks at national and international events. She has been moderating panels at national and international festival and conferences. she is also a member of the Global Council at the Branded Content Marketing Assosciation.
Elena has a young boy of four, she loves travelling across Nature's landscapes, she is fond of photography, that she practices with her Canon40D.
