Andrej Pompe is the President and the spirit of BrandBusinessSchool, International Business School that is based on the premise that every brand is a market personality. The BBS programs are prepared in collaboration with one of the most famous brand writers and professors Leslie de Chernatony.

Pompe, Co-founder and Partner of Formitas BBDO Ketchum, Marketing Communication Agency, successfully contributes to creation of European marketing communication profession and cares for excellence of communications for domestic and international brands. As a lecturer at GEA College Business School in Ljubljana, he has been teaching two topics for more than a decade: Marketing and Creativity and Innovation in Entrepreneurship.

In his career of nearly thirty years, he has become an expert in almost every field of marketing. He began his career as a Market Researcher and later as a Manager of Business Fairs in electronic industry (Iskra). His next career was working as a Project Manager in an advertising agency and as a Marketing Director at Hewlett-Packard. Finally in 1991 he founded, together with partners, agency Formitas BBDO in which he excelled as a Creative Director (Citroën, Spar, Bayer, Pepsi, M&M, White&Mackay, Kraljeve mesnine, Zvezda …).

He is the author of a recently published book Creativity and innovation. Entrepreneurial must., co-author of the book A guide through marketing galaxy and of study script Unbeatable marketing plan. He is also an active author and co-author of numerous white papers, articles and texts about branding, marketing and creativity. In last five years he specialized and became a guru in brands and branding. With close collaborators, he created the first study program of brands in Slovenia, with five generations successfully finishing the course. His professional expertise is widely acknowledged by his presence in various international and domestic juries, round tables, seminars and festivals. He is actively working with University of Ljubljana. He is an advocate of all those theories that work in practice, but expresses intuition and creativity as the main approach to business problems and visions. His creativity is widely expressed also in the field of music; he is a composer, producer and performer of numerous music projects in advertising and in field of pop and jazz music.
