Ulrich Proeschel

Ulrich Proeschel (43) is responsible for driving growth not only through traditional new business development, consultant outreach and sharing TBWA brand stories but in new areas such as proprietary technologies, product development and discovering innovative ways of connecting our talent, our clients and prospects to create greater value for TBWA and its clients.
In his previous role as Brand Director for Europe, Proeschel was responsible for overall reputation and brand management strategy for the TBWA network across Europe and its portfolio of agencies including TBWA\Media Arts Lab, Integer and E-Graphics. His further responsibilities included media relations, business development, crisis communications, employee communications, industry relations and events management, and corporate culture change.
Proeschel began his career with Mercedes-Benz, where he was responsible for external employer image and recruitment marketing. Following Mercedes-Benz, he joined Huth + Wenzel (Frankfurt am Main, Germany) working for clients including Mercedes-Benz and Dresdner Bank. Prior to joining TBWA, he worked as Director of Marketing and Communications for Razorfish, Germany.
