Registering delegates on-line
The registration process is like shopping. To complete the entry forms, you simply add entries and people to your shopping basket. So, once you’ve obtained your user ID and password, just log into the system and add people to your registration package.
When you're done adding items to your registration package (shopping basket), you must check out (provide payment details) to complete the registration process.
Please send photos by e-mail to info@goldendrum.com or upload your photo during the registration process. Electronic photo: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, JPEG file for PC, resolution 300 dpi. Send separate photos for each participant, with the person’s name included in the file name.

DEADLINE for inclusion in the festival catalogue: 7 September
In order to guarantee your inclusion in the festival catalogue, we must receive all the required documents and payment by 7 September 2009.
For registrations and payments made by the deadline, an official participation confirmation will be send by e-mail or fax before the start of the festival. It is advisable to present this letter of confirmation at the reception desk at the festival location in Portorož, where you will receive your festival identification card and the official Golden Drum information package, as well as party invitations.
Registrations will, however, also be accepted up to and during the festival week.
On-line registration
To enter our on-line registration system, please use your user ID and password from the cover page of your Call for Entries and Delegates (see address label), or you can obtain them by sending us a request.New User? Forgot your user ID and password?

- fill in a request for new users or
- send your information (contact person, full company name, full address, e-mail, phone and fax number) to info@goldendrum.com to a get a user ID and password.
