Delegate Registration Fees 2009

All registration fees are in euros and include 20% VAT, which is applicable to all delegates regardless of their country of origin. Registrations will only be processed with full pre-payment.

• Full registration
  Monday to Friday – Golden Drum & Golden Watch
  The fee includes attendance at the whole Golden Drum Festival and the Golden Watch presentations, screenings, all lectures, evening parties, Golden Drum Open, Golden Drum New Europe and PR awards ceremony.

• First three-day registration
  Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – Golden Drum & Golden Watch
  The fee includes attendance at the Golden Drum program from Monday (5 October) to Wednesday (7 October), Golden Watch presentations, all evening parties from Monday to Wednesday, Golden Drum Open awards ceremony on Tuesday (6 October) and PR awards ceremony on Wednesday (7 October).
  
  Registration and payment before 7 September 2009

  Registration and payment after 7 September 2009
  EUR 648.00 (EUR 540.00 + 20% VAT) 



• Last three-day registration
  Wednesday, Thursday and Friday – Golden Drum & Golden Watch
  The fee includes attendance at the Golden Drum program from Wednesday (7 October) to Friday (9 October), all evening parties from Wednesday to Friday, PR awards ceremony on Wednesday (7 October) and Golden Drum New Europe awards ceremony on Friday (9 October).

• Friday Only

  The fee includes attendance at the whole Golden Drum Festival and the Golden Watch presentations, screenings, all lectures and evening parties.

NOTE: It is the entrant's responsibility to cover bank commissions and other costs that may arise.

Payment

Please make sure to fill in the payment form for your registration package and provide us with invoice information where requested:

• On-line registration
  The on-line registration system on our website uses a system like a shopping basket. After you’re done adding entries to your registration package, you have to complete the registration process by filling in the payment details. Simply click “proceed to payment” and the system will lead you to the payment form.
  Your registration will only be accepted after you fill in and confirm the payment form. 
  
• Mail or fax registration
  Please fill in the payment form for personal registration and send it with your registration form.

Payment can be made either by bank transfer or by credit card:

  NOTE: Please ensure that you cover all bank charges, otherwise your registration(s) will not be processed. 
  
• Payment by credit card:
  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express. Filling in the credit card number in your payment form will be considered as payment.

After receiving your registration and payment forms, we will issue a pro-forma invoice. Invoices will be issued automatically after the festival.


SLOVENIAN ENTRANTS
Prijavnino za dela nakažite na transakcijski račun Slovenske oglaševalske zbornice: 02010-0053715074 do 7. Septembra 2009. Do tega datuma pošljite tudi vse prijavne obrazce, ki so podlaga za plačilo in njegovo identifikacijo. Ob prejetju vaših prijav in vseh potrebnih obrazcev vam bomo izstavili predračun, po prejetem plačilu avansni račun, po festivalu pa končni račun.

Cancellations & Refunds

Personal participation cancellation is only possible by sending us written notification before 28 September 2009. Administrative costs of EUR 50 will be charged, and the refund will be transferred after the festival. After this deadline, no refund is possible.

If someone else will be attending the festival instead of you, please send written notification to info@goldendrum.com.
